The problem

The benefits maze is overwhelming when it matters most

In the weeks after a stroke, families are asked to navigate a system scattered across government agencies, insurers, and providers — often with no map. Benefits Navigator is being built to change that.

  • Not knowing which programs you actually qualify for

  • Gathering the right documents for every separate application

  • Figuring out where and how to apply across fragmented agencies

  • Knowing what to do — and by when — if a claim is denied

How it works

From overwhelmed to organized in four steps

A clear path from your first answer to a tracked, organized benefits plan — no guesswork required.

  1. Step 1

    Complete your profile

Tell us about the survivor, caregiver, condition, insurance, income, and location.

  2. Step 2

    Discover what you qualify for

Get a tailored shortlist of government, financial, healthcare, and caregiver programs.

  3. Step 3

    Follow your roadmap

Work through eligibility, required documents, and each application step in order.

  4. Step 4

    Track & stay on time

Stay on top of statuses, renewals, appeals, and deadlines from one place.

Who it's for

Built for everyone carrying the load

  • Stroke survivors

Surface the disability income, healthcare, and financial support you may be entitled to — explained in plain language.

  • Family caregivers

Manage applications, documents, and deadlines on behalf of a loved one without living in a pile of paperwork.

Why we're building this

More than a directory — a navigator

Benefits information is fragmented across government sites, providers, and nonprofits. We're bringing it together into one guided experience so families understand what support exists and can confidently navigate every application.

It's an intelligent benefits navigation and case-management tool that keeps you organized through the long recovery journey — not just a list you're left to figure out alone.

FAQ

Questions, answered

The honest details on what Benefits Navigator will do, when it's coming, and how your information stays protected.

  • Is Benefits Navigator available now?

Not yet. It's in active development and will launch as an integrated feature inside the StrokeBill Progressive Web App. Check back here for updates as it gets closer to launch.

  • Which countries and programs will it cover?

It adapts to your selected country or region, showing only the programs, terminology, and official resources that apply to you. Coverage builds on StrokeBill's healthcare directory and expands over time.

  • How much will it cost?

Pricing isn't finalized yet. We'll share the details here before launch so there are no surprises.

  • Is my information kept private?

Yes. Documents are encrypted and stay under your control, and you decide what gets shared with co-caregivers. StrokeBill is built privacy-first.

  • Is this medical, legal, or insurance advice?

No. Benefits Navigator provides educational guidance to help you organize and apply for support. StrokeBill is not a law firm, medical provider, or insurance company.
